We want to take a moment to introduce ourselves – we are the premier family-owned and operated full-service contractor in North West Colorado, specializing in assisting the owners and insurers of residential, commercial, and multi-family buildings in the recovery process following a property loss event. Our family at Berlet Roofing has a combined total of over 40 years of roofing experience, 30 years of snow removal service, and 10 years in damage loss restoration. Berlet Roofing was started by Luke Berlet, who began his venture as a roofing company owner in 1999. Since starting his career, Luke has completed over 500 works in North West Colorado alone. Luke’s wife, Carissa Berlet, is the office manager, and accountant for the business and has been an integral part of the team since day one.

In 2010 after experiencing our own loss during a house fire, our family turned its attention to damage restoration. Our passion for helping others was ignited after we experienced first-hand how daunting the insurance claims process can be.
